Well, that\u2019s where the verification form comes in.<\/p>\n
Once we\u2019ve received your application, we will send you a confirmation letter letting you know that we\u2019ve received it.\u00a0 Within that envelope is a very important form, the final part of our application process.\u00a0 The verification form (see picture) is our final chance to verify some key information.\u00a0 First off, we want to make sure we\u2019ve got your name and address spelled perfectly (because that\u2019s how we want to address the decision letter); secondly, we want to verify that we have your numbers correct \u2013 phone number, social security number and birth date.<\/p>\n
And then, once and for all, we want to know whether or not you wish to have your standardized test scores considered with your application.<\/p>\n
