Learn about the local history of Valentine’s Day cards and valentine poems written by Massachusetts poets, while making your very own valentine and having some treats. We’ll be in the Levis Browsing Room in Dinand Library on February 6 from 4:00 to 5:00 pm. Open to students only.
Come by Dinand Library to see our new display of books about and by African American artists in honor of this year’s Black History Month theme, “African Americans and the Arts.” And, plan a trip to the Worcester Art Museum to see artwork by Charles Ethan Porter, one of the artists featured above.
